Excessive pet hair, heavy staining, biohazards, or extreme buildup may require extra time, labor, or specialized treatments. We’ll always communicate any additional fees before starting the service so there are no surprises.

2025 Voucher Detail Process

Step 1: Call to Request Your Appointment
All voucher appointments are scheduled manually. Call the business number to request your appointment. Be sure to mention that you have a 2025 voucher and provide your vehicle details.

Step 2: Appointment Review
Your appointment will be reviewed based on availability and the voucher number that was provided at time of purchase.

Step 3: Confirmation & Communication
Once scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation and all the details you need. We’ll also walk you through what to expect and how to prepare your vehicle for the day of service.

Step 4: Day of Service
Please ensure your vehicle is clean of personal items and easily accessible. If we’re coming to you, make sure there’s space for us to work and access to water and power, if required.

Step 5: Enjoy Your Clean Vehicle
Once your service is complete, we’ll provide any aftercare tips and ensure you’re completely satisfied with the results. We’re thankful you chose to redeem your voucher with us!

Policies for Voucher Appointments

We want your experience to be smooth and fair for everyone. Please review our policies below to help us stay organized and serve as many voucher clients as possible.

Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. We’ll do our best to find a new date that fits your schedule and service needs.

No-Shows
If you miss your appointment without notice, your voucher will be marked as redeemed. This ensures we can stay on track and honor other scheduled clients. Please communicate with us if something comes up.

Weather Policy (for Mobile Appointments)
In cases of extreme weather (heavy rain, snow, high winds, etc.), we may need to reschedule your appointment. We’ll contact you as early as possible to arrange a new time that works for both of us.

Communication is Key
We understand life happens. As long as you stay in touch with us, we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you and keep your voucher valid.
